Ingredients:

• 1box Bowtie Pasta--prepared and cooled to room temperature

• 1 cup diced grilled chicken

• 1/2 cup julienned baby carrots
• 1/2 cup cubed ColbyJ ack cheese

• 4 grape tomatoes sliced
• 1/2 cup broccoli florets
• 1/4 cup White Balsamic Vinaigrette

• 5 16oz plastic cups with lids
• 5 plastic forks

Instructions:

I usually cook the pasta and while it is cooling I prep the chicken and veggies.

 

 1.  Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Stir to coat everything with the vinaigrette.

 Pasta salad gets better if you let it sit covered in the fridge overnight, but if you

don’t have that time you can serve right away.

2.  Fill plastic cups and stick the fork in the center. Place the fork handle through

the straw hole and seal.​

3.  You can place one in each cup holder on the way to pick kids up from practice, or

store in fridge for when they get home.
